## Automate the repetitive, add AI where it pays off

On Shopify, a lot of time goes into manual work: writing product pages, sorting collections, syncing stock, answering support, tagging orders. We automate these tasks with Shopify Flow and the API, and we plug in AI (OpenAI, Mistral, Claude) only where there's a real return on investment — not gimmicks.

## What we set up

- **Shopify Flow automations**: workflows on orders, stock, customers, fraud, tags, notifications.
- **AI product pages**: bulk generation and optimisation, multilingual translations, meta and alt text.
- **AI customer-service agent**: connected to your catalogue and orders, sourced answers, human escalation.
- **Back-office sync**: ERP, PIM, 3PL — stock/price updates, deduplication, scheduled jobs.
- **Merchandising & AI visibility**: smart collection sorting, recommendations, AEO and llms.txt to get cited by answer engines.

## Why us

Over ten years in e-commerce, real hands-on AI in production (RAG, content generation, agents) and the discipline of clean code. We deliver documented, measurable and maintainable automations — sources yours to keep.
