A salon, a practice, a workshop or a garage does not need a separate booking tool with its own subscription: this module adds online appointments straight into PrestaShop. The customer picks a service, a staff member or "First available", then a day and a time in a calendar that opens on the next available day. A summary shows the total, the deposit due now and the balance to pay on site, updated with every choice. When a deposit is required, it goes through your usual checkout with the payment methods you already use.

After booking, the customer receives an email with the calendar file attached and a private link: they add the appointment to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, move or cancel it online up to the deadline you set, and get an automatic reminder beforehand. On your side, the back-office calendar shows the week, or the day with one column per staff member. Click a free time to create a phone booking, drag an appointment to move it and notify the customer. Each staff member can also subscribe to their own calendar on their phone.
