DataFirefly Marketplace lets third-party sellers register, publish their products, prepare and ship their orders and reply to their customers, while you manage commissions, payments and compliance from the back office.

### Real order splitting

Every multi-vendor order is split into genuine child orders, each with its own shipping fees, frozen commission, invoice and wallet credit. The payment status of the parent order is carried over to each child order, and seller data is strictly partitioned.

### A workspace for each seller

The seller dashboard is organised in tabs: an overview with orders to prepare and sales this month, orders, finances and documents. The seller accepts an order, prints the picking slip, declares one or more parcels with the tracking link, then marks the order as delivered. A "Getting started" checklist guides them to their first sale.

### Clear tracking for buyers

In their account, buyers find their orders grouped by seller, with the steps, the parcels and the conversation with each seller. They can ask a question from the product page before buying, report a problem or request a return, then rate the seller.

### Regulated split payments and escrow

The Mangopay and Stripe Connect adapters collect funds as split payments, hold them in escrow, then release them to seller wallets at the milestone you choose, with SEPA payouts triggered in one click.

### Built for the EU framework

DSA seller identity shown on the shop page, commission invoices generated automatically, a P2B transparency page with the change notice sent to all sellers, and a "platform deemed supplier" VAT indicator.

### In eight languages

The interface, back office and emails are translated into French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese. Each email is sent in its recipient's language.
