Shopware has no native "notify me when back in stock" feature: DfPreorder fills that gap and adds a lightweight pre-order mode. On every sold-out product page (closeout, available stock depleted), a subscription form appears automatically. The customer leaves their email and gets an alert in their own language as soon as the product is available again. Restock is detected in two complementary ways: in real time on every product write, and through a scheduled sweep every 15 minutes that catches stock updates made via direct SQL (order placement, ERP imports). Both paths converge on an idempotent routine, so no duplicate emails. Optional double opt-in and automatic data deletion after notification keep the waitlist GDPR friendly. The pre-order mode shows a badge and the expected shipping date via product custom fields. Compatible with Shopware 6.5, 6.6 and 6.7, multilingual (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT) and multi-sales-channel.
