Your WooCommerce products are pushed automatically to the Meta Commerce catalog, in real time on every change, or in hourly batches if you prefer. Variations are sent individually, retailer_id mapping is consistent (wc_{ID}), and a full-resync button lets you push everything in batches of 100.

### 💬 Conversational ordering

A full state machine drives the customer journey inside WhatsApp: catalog browsing, quantity selection, cart review, payment, human handoff. Your customers can order without leaving the chat — and even if you'd rather send them back to the checkout, their cart is already built for them.

### ⏰ 3-step abandoned cart recovery

Three configurable sequences (60 min, 24 h, 72 h by default) using Meta HSM templates. The third reminder can attach a dynamic promo code to maximize conversion. Recovery rate is tracked in real time on the dashboard.

### 💳 HMAC-signed payment link

When the customer taps "Pay" in WhatsApp, they get a secure HMAC-signed link that restores their cart server-side, pre-fills their phone, and drops them straight on your existing WooCommerce checkout. No new gateway dependency — you keep your current payment stack.
