Do you outsource order preparation and shipping to an external logistics provider (3PL), a carrier or a WMS? **Order Dispatch** automates the whole flow: it exports your PrestaShop orders in the format your partner expects, sends them automatically on a defined schedule, then re-imports the tracking numbers as soon as the parcels ship — with no manual data entry.

The module handles the three formats most requested by fulfilment providers (**CSV**, **EDI flat file** and **JSON API**) and the industry-standard transfer methods (**FTP, SFTP, HTTP API** or manual download). A token-secured cron triggers the export at regular intervals, and tracking re-import happens via CSV upload, FTP/URL pull or a webhook pushed by your provider.
