## The customer does not leave over price — they leave over doubt
You assume they left because it was too expensive. Most of the time they left because they **were not sure**. Not sure about the size. Not sure it would suit them. Not sure it looks like the photo.
And that doubt has a measurable price: either they do not buy — or they buy and send it back. Both cost you.
## AI does not sell — it removes the doubt
That is the only standard that counts. An AI module that _persuades_ the customer is a module that generates returns. An AI module that helps them choose _correctly_ lifts conversion and cuts returns at the same time.
