## Een PDF is geen elektronische factuur

Dat is de zin die de meeste winkels overvalt. Een PDF factuur per e-mail is een _digitaal document_, geen elektronische factuur in de zin van de norm. **Een elektronische factuur is gestructureerd: XML, machineleesbaar, conform de norm EN 16931.** XRechnung of ZUGFeRD (het Duitse equivalent van Factur-X).

## En in Duitsland moet je er al kunnen ontvangen

De verplichting om gestructureerde B2B facturen te _ontvangen_ geldt al. De verplichting om ze _uit te reiken_ komt in fases in de volgende jaren, en wie op dat moment begint, begint in de noodmodus.

## Shopware produceert het niet vanzelf

De winkel kent de bestelling, niet het formaat. Zonder extensie ontvangen uw B2B klanten een PDF die hun boekhouding niet kan lezen, en die ze binnenkort niet meer mag accepteren.
