Answers, before you ask

When does a commission count as final?

A commission is created when the order is paid, then approved automatically 30 days later, provided the order is still completed (not refunded or cancelled). Refunds during the hold period reject the commission.

When do you pay out, and how?

You can request a payout from your dashboard once your approved balance reaches €50.00. We pay by the method you chose (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) within 5 business days.

Can I refer myself to get a discount?

No — orders placed by you (matched by email or login) do not generate commissions. The program is meant to reward genuine recommendations to other buyers.

What if multiple affiliates referred the same buyer?

The most recent click wins. Each new affiliate link overwrites the previous one within the cookie window.

Can I promote on paid ads (Google, Facebook…)?

Paid search bidding on our brand name is not allowed. Other paid channels (display, social) are fine as long as they comply with the platforms' rules and our brand guidelines.

Will I see what I earned in real time?

Yes. Your dashboard updates as soon as an order is paid. You see clicks, conversion rate, pending vs approved balance, and full commission history.
