Shopify Flow is the native automation engine (available on Shopify and Plus depending on the case): trigger → conditions → actions, no code. It covers many common needs. Its limits: complex logic, heavy external API calls, bulk processing or advanced calculations. When Flow isn't enough, we complement it with a custom app, Shopify Functions or an orchestrator (n8n, Make) as needed.
Which AI do you use: OpenAI, Mistral, Claude?
We pick based on the need: OpenAI and Anthropic Claude for writing quality and reasoning, Mistral for a good cost/performance ratio and European hosting. We stay agnostic: the model is an implementation detail, we optimise cost per task and keep the option to switch.
