Stock per shop is exposed on PrestaShop ("available in Lyon, Paris 4e, Bordeaux"), the customer can choose 2h in-store pickup (click & collect) or delivery from the central warehouse. Reservations flow into Cegid Retail so an in-store staff member can prepare the order.

Real-time stocks (webhook or short 1-3 min polling) for sensitive products: unique sizes, end-of-stock, in-store click & collect. Batch stocks every 5-15 minutes for products with comfortable stock. Frequency is configurable item by item — you decide which flows are real-time and which are batch.
