Which Cegid modules do you work with?
Cegid Retail Y2 (retail POS), Cegid Quadra (SMB accounting), Cegid Business / Cegid PME (formerly Sage 100), Cegid XRP Flex (cloud ERP), Cegid PMI (industrial SMB). We use official Cegid APIs when available (REST / OData), or ODBC / direct SQL for older on-premise versions. The quote specifies the method based on your Cegid version.
Which flows are synced between Cegid and PrestaShop?
Six flows: (1) catalog — products, prices, technical sheets from Cegid to PS; (2) shop + warehouse stocks — real-time or batch sync, multi-location; (3) orders — PS orders exported to Cegid with the correct journal; (4) customers — automatic Cegid account creation, dedup; (5) invoices — generated by Cegid, reflected in PS; (6) click & collect — PS reservations visible in Cegid Retail Y2 for in-store preparation.
Do you handle click & collect with Cegid Retail Y2?
Yes, it's the specialty of the Cegid Retail Y2 connector. Stock per shop is exposed on PrestaShop ("available in Lyon, Paris 4e, Bordeaux"), the customer can choose 2h in-store pickup (click & collect) or delivery from the central warehouse. Reservations flow into Cegid Retail so an in-store staff member can prepare the order.
Real-time or batch synchronization?
Real-time stocks (webhook or short 1-3 min polling) for sensitive products: unique sizes, end-of-stock, in-store click & collect. Batch stocks every 5-15 minutes for products with comfortable stock. Frequency is configurable item by item — you decide which flows are real-time and which are batch.

For a standard Cegid Quadra or Cegid Business → PrestaShop connector: from €6,000, delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. For Cegid Retail Y2 multi-shop with advanced click & collect, or Cegid XRP Flex with multi-company mappings: €12,000 to €28,000. Free preliminary audit that costs out actual complexity.
Do you handle multi-company / multi-shop?
Yes by default. Cegid's multi-company / multi-shop context maps onto native PrestaShop multistores. You can have: one PS shop connected to multiple Cegid companies, or one PS shop per Cegid company, or one PS shop per brand / country with switchover rules. The quote specifies the architecture chosen based on your need.
Is the code mine? And maintenance?
Source code is delivered (PrestaShop module sources + Cegid / exchange server scripts), no IP clause. 12 months of compatibility updates included: new Cegid / PrestaShop versions, and fixes. After that, optional discounted maintenance subscription to stay on the latest versions.
How do I track sync health?
Yes by default. Structured logs of every operation, 30-day retention, mail / Slack error alerts, PrestaShop back-office dashboard to visualize the live flow. It's crucial in multi-shop retail — if a shop has a sync problem, you see it within minutes instead of discovering it a week later through an unhappy customer.
