Our Shopware AI extensions support major providers: OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini), Anthropic (Claude Sonnet, Claude Opus, Claude Haiku), Mistral (Large, Medium, Small) and Google (Gemini Pro, Gemini Flash). You enter your API key in the Shopware extension configuration: no hidden markup, you pay the provider's rate directly.
What is AEO and why is it crucial for Shopware?
AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization. Where classic SEO targets Google, AEO targets ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. The difference is crucial: these assistants answer users directly without them visiting websites. Our Shopware LLMs.txt & AEO extension generates everything needed: /llms.txt endpoints scoped per sales channel, enriched Schema.org structured data (Product with gtin/mpn/brand, FAQPage, HowTo, Speakable, Organization).
Compatible with Shopware 6.6 and 6.7?
Yes. All our AI extensions are tested and maintained on Shopware 6.6 and 6.7. The code uses Symfony standards and official Shopware APIs (DAL, Entity, ScheduledTask, PSR-6 Cache), without depending on internal mechanisms subject to change. Compatibility updates are included for the entire lifecycle of the branch.
Multi-sales-channel and multilingual?
Yes, natively. Our Shopware AI extensions are scoped per sales channel and per language: each sales channel can have its own API key, its own prompts and its own llms.txt. Multilingual handling follows standard Shopware configuration — AI-generated content is produced in the target language with adapted prompts. Automatic translation between channels is also possible.
Is my Shopware data shared?
Only the data strictly necessary for generation is sent to the AI provider you configure (product name, short description, custom fields). No customer data, no orders, no emails are ever transmitted. Major providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) have default non-retention API policies on paid plans — your data is not used to train their models.
