Unlike purely decorative wheels, here the winning prize is determined server-side by a weighted draw. You assign a weight to each segment: the top prize stays rare, small discounts frequent. Probabilities are never exposed to the browser, so they can't be manipulated. The animation simply lands the wheel on the computed result.
