A B2B organization hub
DataFirefly B2B Team turns a regular customer account into an organization: a company groups several buyers, each with a role, a budget and an authorization threshold. The module complements B2B quotes and VIES validation without replacing them.
Hierarchical approval under control
Orders that exceed a buyer's authorization go through a multi-level approval chain. No order is created until a request is approved: a frozen cart snapshot guarantees that prices and quantities do not drift while waiting.
Payment on account and budgets
Each company has a credit limit and an outstanding balance tracked in real time. Per-member budgets reset automatically based on the chosen period, and departments enable cost-center tracking.
Traceability and reporting
An immutable audit log records every action — submission, approval, member addition — with timestamp and IP address. The approvals dashboard gives an instant view of B2B activity.
