Frequently asked questions
Is the audit neutral?
Yes. We can do the fixes after the audit, but it is not mandatory. The report is the same whether you have us do the fixes or not.
What do we need to provide to start?
SSH (or FTP) read access, database read access and PrestaShop admin read access. We sign an NDA before any access if needed.
Do you also look at paid third-party modules?
Yes. We inventory every installed module (Addons and third-party), look at code quality and known CVEs, and flag the ones that pose a risk.
What happens after the report?
The report includes a prioritised action plan. You can have it executed by your in-house team, by us (fixed quote on the fixes), or by another provider — your choice.
