More than just a notifications plugin
Most WhatsApp extensions for WooCommerce just send a text message on order confirmation. DataFirefly WhatsApp Commerce Suite goes much further and turns WhatsApp into a real sales channel: your products are synced in real time to the Meta Commerce catalog, your customers can browse and order them directly in the chat, you recover abandoned carts with a professional reminder sequence, and you offer a signed payment link that brings the customer back to your existing WooCommerce checkout.
4 independent modules, separately togglable
Each module can be enabled or disabled independently. You can start with simple catalog sync, add order notifications, then enable cart recovery and conversational ordering as you go.
Designed for Meta compliance
The module uses Meta's official Cloud API with X-Hub-Signature-256 webhook signature validation, 24-hour service-message window handling, and HSM pricing rules respected. Reminder templates are configurable and must be approved in Meta Business Suite.
Multilingual by design
Admin interface and customer messages are available in 5 languages (French, English, Spanish, German, Italian). The customer's locale is auto-detected to adapt the HSM templates sent. Compatible with Polylang and WPML for multilingual sites.
Performance and technical compliance
Compatible with HPOS (High Performance Order Storage) and WooCommerce Cart Checkout Blocks. Five dedicated SQL tables instead of polluting wp_postmeta. Native WordPress cron with batches of 50 products per run. Complete logging system with level and channel filters from the admin.
