Most WooCommerce loyalty plugins do one thing: give points on purchases. Smart Loyalty Tiers goes much further. It's a complete system designed to durably retain your customers with rewards that have real value in their eyes: lifetime free shipping, early access to new products, priority support, points multiplier applied automatically. Your customers no longer collect empty stars — they unlock a true VIP status.
5 point sources that cover all customer acquisition
Points are earned on purchases of course, with a configurable amount per euro spent, but also on 4 other actions that really boost your business: product review publishing (with optional verified-buyer-only filter to avoid spam), referrals with 30-day cookie tracking and a personalized link per customer, newsletter signup (integrable with any system via a public hook), and social sharing across 7 platforms with a daily anti-abuse cap.
4 VIP tiers shipped ready, totally customizable
Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum are preconfigured with progressive thresholds (0, 500, 2000, 5000 lifetime points) and balanced benefits. Each tier is fully editable from the admin with a color picker, and you can add as many tiers as you want. Configurable benefits include points multiplier, free shipping, hours of early access, priority support, birthday bonus, and access to exclusive products.
Rewards that truly change the customer experience
Lifetime free shipping is applied automatically at the cart for tiers that benefit from it — no coupon to re-enter, no manipulation. Early access lets you mark a product with an embargo date and it becomes invisible and unpurchasable for customers below the required tier. Priority support adds a badge on orders in the admin and an X-Priority header in transactional emails so you can filter them in your helpdesk. The points multiplier is applied automatically, with no intervention from you.
Convert points into a WooCommerce coupon
When a customer reaches the minimum redemption threshold (configurable, default 500 points), they can from their account turn their points into a one-shot WooCommerce coupon, generated on the fly. The coupon is restricted to their email address, expires after 30 days, and its amount is capped at a configurable percentage of the cart subtotal to prevent margin dilution.
Visual gamification that drives progression
An animated progress bar permanently shows your customer how close they are to the next tier. When they cross a threshold, a full-screen celebration overlay appears with confetti, an animated trophy and the new tier presentation. 10 achievement badges are seeded by default (First Purchase, Power Buyer, Influencer, Big Spender, etc.), and you can create as many as you want with your own triggering logic.
Complete customer area in WooCommerce My Account
A new Loyalty tab is added to WooCommerce My Account. The customer finds their current balance, current tier, progress toward the next one, current benefits, the coupon conversion form, the grid of all their badges (earned and to unlock), and their complete transaction history.

HPOS-compatible (High-Performance Order Storage declared), compatible with the new Cart and Checkout blocks, multilingual ready (Polylang and WPML), multisite-safe, performance-optimized with cached aggregates and cron jobs for tier recalc and expiry. All writes are idempotent: a full or partial refund automatically reverses the corresponding points. And for developers, every action fires hooks so you can extend the logic without touching the plugin code.
