A multi-vendor marketplace ready for regulation
DataFirefly Marketplace turns your PrestaShop store into a marketplace: third-party sellers register, publish their products, prepare and ship their orders, while you manage commissions, payments and compliance.
Real order splitting
Where many solutions stop at logical tracking, this module creates genuine child orders per seller, each with its own shipping fees, frozen commission, invoice and wallet credit. Payment, cancellation or refund of the parent order is carried over to each child order.
The seller's daily work
The seller first sees what needs to be prepared. They open the order, check the address, the chosen carrier and the customer's message, print the picking slip, declare their parcels with the tracking number and mark the order as delivered. The Finances tab brings together the balance, withdrawals, commission invoices and the wallet statement.
A clear experience for buyers
The product page shows who sells and ships the item, with the seller's rating and a link to write to them. After purchase, the customer account groups orders by seller with the steps, parcels and conversation, and lets the buyer report a problem or rate the seller.
Split payment and escrow
With the Mangopay and Stripe Connect adapters, funds are collected as split payments, held in escrow, then released to seller wallets at the milestone you choose, with one-click SEPA payouts.
Designed for the EU framework
DSA seller identity shown on the shop page, commission invoices generated automatically, a P2B transparency page and change notice sent to all sellers, and a platform deemed supplier VAT indicator.
Ready for eight markets
The seller and buyer pages, the back office and the nine emails are translated into French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese. Each email is sent in its recipient's language.
