DataFirefly Webhooks turns your PrestaShop store into an automation hub. Connect it to Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream or any webhook-capable service, and orchestrate your business flows without writing a single line of code. Outbound and inbound, everything goes through one clear interface.
Outbound: your events to 5000+ apps
As soon as an order is validated, a status changes, a customer signs up or stock runs low, the module builds a clean payload and sends it to your endpoints. Nine events are covered, each filterable with conditional rules and remappable field by field to match exactly the format your tool expects.
Inbound: let your tools drive PrestaShop
The secured inbound API lets your automations push data into the store: update an order status, adjust stock, create or update a product or a customer. Every token carries precise scopes and an optional HMAC signature.
Reliable by design
Deliveries go through an async queue processed by a cron worker: no order is ever slowed down by a sluggish endpoint. On failure, the module automatically retries with exponential backoff, then archives the delivery, which you can replay in one click from the detailed log.
Security, GDPR and multistore
Every outbound payload can be signed with HMAC-SHA256 to guarantee authenticity. An anonymization option masks personal data before sending. An anti-loop guard prevents inbound flows from re-firing outbound webhooks. Everything is natively multistore compatible.
