Why this module?
The EU AI Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) applies in stages, with the Art. 50 transparency obligations from 2 August 2026. If your PrestaShop store uses a chatbot, a recommendation engine, a content-generation tool or a scoring system, you have obligations. AI Act Ready gives you the framework to document and structure them, directly in your back office, without depending on an external SaaS.
What you get, concretely
An inventory of your AI systems, a guided registry, a per-system list of sourced obligations, a document generator in 6 languages and a consolidated auditor export. The module guides the work; you keep control of every decision. Expect 8 to 15 hours to fill your registry and complete your obligations — the module structures, it does not fill it in for you.
One price, all features included
No limited free version, no tiers, no feature gating. €229/year for the first year unlocks the entire module and 12 months of Rules Pack updates. The €69/year renewal keeps the licence active and the regulatory pack current (Commission guidelines, national transpositions, GPAI codes of conduct). Without renewal, the module keeps working with the last pack received.
Your data stays with you
The AI registry, obligations, journal and documents stay exclusively in your PrestaShop database. Only the hash of your licence key and your server IP reach DataFirefly, for activation and rate-limiting. No store data (customers, orders, products) is transmitted.
Honest about the limits
This module structures your work, it does not guarantee your compliance — no tool can. The risk classification is an operational indication, not a legally binding opinion. For a high-risk system, you need legal advice. The generated documents are structured starting points, to be reviewed and adapted to your context before any official use.
