Which Odoo versions are supported?

Odoo 14 to 20, self-hosted, Odoo.sh or Odoo Online, through the JSON-RPC API. No PHP xmlrpc extension is required. On Odoo Online, check that your Odoo plan includes access to the external API.

Which Odoo apps are required?

Sales and Inventory, plus Invoicing if you create invoices. The Delivery app is needed to send the tracking number back to PrestaShop; without it, the Shipped status still works.

What happens if Odoo is offline?

Jobs stay in the queue, a circuit breaker pauses calls and the cron replays them automatically when Odoo is back, without using up their attempts. The PrestaShop checkout is never blocked.

Are combinations supported?

Yes. Each PrestaShop combination is linked to an Odoo variant, attributes and values are created automatically, and stock is synchronised combination by combination.

My catalogue already exists in Odoo: will I get duplicates?

No. Customers are matched by email, addresses, products and variants by their references, and orders by their origin. The initial sync links existing records instead of recreating them.

Can I switch from my test Odoo to my production Odoo?

Yes. The module detects the database change, forgets the links and settings specific to the old database (company, warehouse, journal) and prompts you to reload the lists from Odoo. Records in the new database are then matched by their references.

Connect PrestaShop and Odoo in real time

The Odoo Connector listens to your store's events and pushes every change to Odoo: a new order becomes a quotation or a confirmed sales order, a customer becomes a contact with their addresses, and a product and its combinations are replicated with their attributes. In return, Odoo sends back stock, prices, shipments and cancellations. No more double entry, no more manual exports.

A sync that never breaks your store

All syncs go through a queue processed after the page has been sent to the customer. If Odoo is unavailable, a circuit breaker pauses calls and keeps the jobs, which are replayed automatically with an increasing delay; permanent failures are quarantined and can be retried in one click. The customer always completes their order, even during ERP maintenance.

Identical totals on both sides

Each order line points to the correct Odoo variant, with the Odoo tax at the same rate as in PrestaShop. Shipping, gift wrapping and discounts are carried over as separate lines, with discounts split by tax rate. The module compares the Odoo total with the PrestaShop total and reports any difference in the log.

§ 04

From order to shipment

Confirm the Odoo order when the order is placed or when it is paid, create the invoice as a draft or posted, and register the payment in the journal matching the payment module. When the delivery is validated in Odoo, the PrestaShop order moves to Shipped with the tracking number; a quotation cancelled in Odoo cancels the order.
