A real app, without the App Store
DataFirefly PWA turns your PrestaShop store into an installable Progressive Web App. Customers add your store to their home screen in a single tap and launch it full-screen like a native app — no download, no App Store review, no mobile development cost. A custom install banner appears at the right moment, and a step-by-step guide assists iOS users, for whom installation goes through Safari's share menu.
Web push notifications that bring customers back
Re-engage your visitors even when they are not on your site. Compose campaigns directly from the back office and target them by language and customer group. The module also automatically sends a notification on order-status change and recovers abandoned carts via a cron task — two conversion levers you can enable in one click. VAPID encryption is fully handled in native PHP: no third-party service, no subscription, no data leaving your server.
Smart offline mode
Thanks to a service worker registered at global scope, your store stays accessible even on unstable connections. Choose the cache strategy that fits your store (stale-while-revalidate, network-first or cache-first), and enjoy an elegant, self-contained fallback page when the connection is fully lost. Sensitive pages (cart, checkout, account) are automatically excluded from the cache.
Compliant, self-hosted and measurable
Notification consent is requested through an explicit, GDPR-compliant prompt before any subscription. A dashboard built into the back office shows your subscriber count, notifications sent and the click-through rate of your campaigns. Expired subscriptions are automatically pruned to keep your statistics clean. All of it multistore and multilingual, compatible with both PrestaShop 8 and 9.
