A real helpdesk built into PrestaShop
DataFirefly Helpdesk & Ticketing replaces scattered e-mail exchanges with a structured ticket system, right inside your back-office. Every request becomes a ticket with a unique reference, a status, a priority and a full history.
The order context always at hand
When a customer opens a ticket from an order, that order is automatically attached. Your agents immediately see which order is involved, and a dedicated panel on the order page lists every related ticket.
Collaborate without exposing your exchanges
Internal notes let your team discuss a ticket privately. The customer only sees the replies meant for them.
Your customers track their requests
From their account, customers review the history of their tickets and reply in a few clicks. Guest ticket creation is available as an option.
No dependency, ready for PrestaShop 9
The module uses no Composer dependency and relies on ModuleAdminController for full compatibility from PrestaShop 8 to 9.
