More than a notification plugin
Most WhatsApp extensions for Shopware just send a text message on order confirmation. DataFirefly WhatsApp Commerce Suite goes much further and makes WhatsApp a real sales channel: your products are synced in real time to the Meta Commerce catalog, your customers can browse and order directly in the chat, you recover abandoned carts with a professional reminder sequence, and you offer a signed checkout link that brings the customer back to your existing Shopware checkout.
4 independent modules, enabled separately
Each module can be enabled or disabled independently, globally or per sales channel. You can start with simple catalog sync, add order notifications, then enable cart recovery and conversational ordering as you go.
Built for Meta compliance
The plugin uses Meta's official Cloud API with X-Hub-Signature-256 webhook signature validation, 24-hour service window handling, and compliance with HSM pricing rules. Reminder templates are configurable and must be approved in Meta Business Suite.
Multilingual by design
The admin interface, the storefront and customer messages are available in 3 languages (French, English, German). The customer's language is detected automatically in the conversation to adapt the bot's replies and the HSM templates sent.
A true Shopware 6 architecture
Single codebase compatible with 6.5, 6.6 and 6.7: native DAL entities on 5 dedicated tables, standard scheduled tasks, attribute controllers, per-sales-channel configuration, full administration module. All data is removed on uninstall, unless you choose to keep it.
