Log in as a customer in one click
The Login as Customer Pro module lets your support and marketing teams log in to any customer's account directly from the PrestaShop back office. In one click you open the front office under the customer's identity to reproduce a bug, check a cart, complete an order or understand a complaint. No more back-and-forth emails asking for screenshots.
Security built for serious shops
Unlike the native button, every connection relies on an HMAC-SHA256 signed link that is short-lived and single-use. The module checks the employee profile, the customer account status and excluded groups before any login. Your back-office admin session is never affected.
Magic link: assist customers without a password
Generate a passwordless login link to send straight to the customer. Ideal for support: the customer reaches their account without having to reset their password. Validity period fully configurable.
Traceability and GDPR compliance
Every impersonation session is recorded in an audit log: which employee logged in as which customer, from which IP address, at what time and for how long. Log retention is configurable to meet your GDPR obligations.
Built for PrestaShop 8 and 9
The module is developed with no core override and no Composer dependency, following PrestaShop 8 and 9 standards for lasting compatibility. It works in multistore and multilingual environments and cleanly handles guest accounts from guest checkout.
